Krissana has over 25 years of experience as veteran journalist from Bangkok Post, covering various news beats from finance and capital markets, industrial, real estate, retail, consumer products, electrical appliance, tourism, to media and broadcasting. She has brought her extensive expertise to join 124 Communications, taking care of industrial, lifestyle and government clients such as Henkel Thailand, Philip Morris (Thailand) and Thailand Institute of Justice. Armed with her content background, Krissana also assists the overall team on content development for several major clients.

Before joining 124 Communications, Krissana was Head of External Communications at Thai Union Group PCL, Thailand’s largest seafood company. She played a major role in promoting Thai Union’s storytelling and interesting stories among foreign and local media. She also worked closely with IR team to update media about the company’s business movements and helped the corporate communications team to enhance corporate awareness on many media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and company’s website.

Having joined 124 Communications in 2018, she provides a counsel to such clients as Columbia Picture Aquaverse, Singha Estate, S Hotels and Resorts, SC Asset, Unilever, NSL Foods, Henkel Thailand and Philip Morris.

Krissana obtained Bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Anthropology from Thammasat University and Master’s degree in Housing Development from Chulalongkorn University. Krissana participated in the NSK-CAJ Fellowship Program hosted by Nihon Shinbun Kyokai in Japan in 1997 and received number of certificates including Business Entrepreneurship from INSEAD Asia Campus in Singapore, Advance News Writing from FT Magazine, UK’s well-reputed business magazine, and Reporting Business News in the Digital Age from Thomson Reuters Foundation in Indonesia.
